Frequently Asked Questions
We are making these up as we go.... You haven't asked any yet!
Personal Evaluation
It is important for our guests to honestly and accurately evaluate their own health, fitness, and limitations. This helps guarantee a safe and enjoyable journey for both you and other guests. Below are some issues each person must address prior to booking.
HealthIt may seem to be stating the obvious, but one of the aims of our expeditions is to get away from "it" all, which includes medical infrastructure. Please keep this in mind if you have any pre-existing conditions. For international travel, the CDC and your doctor can provide details on required/recommended vaccines and medications.

FitnessAdventure is hard! Or it can be, anyway. We will do everything we can in order to help every one of our participants enjoy themselves, but your enjoyment will hinge at least partly on your personal fitness level. Since only you know yourself, please keep this in mind when considering participation in an expedition.
|
LimitationsDue to the remote locations and demanding environments we encounter, those who are handicapped or mobility-limited must consult with their doctor and our staff. Your condition must not detract from your personal safety and enjoyment, nor the safety of your fellow guests. We are happy to accommodate you if we can all remain safe and on-schedule.
